Marin Ship 1

Marin Ship 1 is a division of the Sea Explorers/Venturing program of Marin Council in California. We are a group of young adults age 14-20 that collectively share a common joy in sailing. Adult leaders, countless organizations and many kind people allow us to keep an organization that allows us to frequently go sailing. Of our number of boats, it is up to us to maintain them, along with our ties to sponsoring organizations. We learn many things in sailing that are practical applications not only on the water but also in everyday life. Through sailing and having fun we grow to be better people and more responsible citizens.
