Note to the Reader

Demonstrating how certain governmental programs benefit the physically disabled will be easy for I, a physically disabled young lady, had personally dealt with numerous human services for approximately eight years. How do I really know what kind of help these programs are providing for the physically disabled? Before I explain how they are assisting the disabled population, I will briefly summarize how some physically challenged young adults overcome their daily obstacles. This will give the reader a clearer picture what types of programs are needed.
