Turkey Noodle Casserole

1 10-oz. pkg frozen peas, thawed
2 cups diced, cooked turkey
1 1/2 cups cooked noodles
butter
1/4 cup chopped onion
8 oz. sliced mushrooms
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup milk
salt to taste
1/4 tsp. curry powder
1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Combine turkey, peas and noodles in a buttered 2-qt. casserole dish.

Melt 2 Tblsp. butter. Saute onion and mushrooms; blend in soup, milk and seasonings. Pour over meat; top with cheese.

Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes until hot and bubbly.
