Spiced Up Potatoes
2 (15 oz.) cans sliced potatoes, drained
2 Tblsp. butter
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 1/2 Tblsp. Italian seasoning
1 1/2 Tblsp. paprika
Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Stir in potatoes, garlic salt, Italian seasoning and parika. Cook, stirring occasionally, about 12 minutes or until potatoes have taken on a reddish-brown coloring.
Makes 6 servings.
