Cranberry Chutney

3 cups fresh cranberries
1 cup chopped apples
1 orange peel, chopped
2 cups sugar
1 cup water
1/3 cup orange liquer

In a large saucepan, mix the cranberries, apples, orange peel, sugar and water. Bring to a boil. Boil 5 minutes or until berries are soft. Remove from heat and stir in the liquer. Transfer to sterile jars. Refrigerate after opening jar.

Makes 7.5 cups - about 60 servings.
