Sound Judgment......

"I'm directing you, the jury, to vote against the plaintiff!" After a short sequestering in the jury room, the jury foreman came out to ask a question, "Your honor, do we have to vote against the plaintiff?" A furious judge pointed at the door to the jury room, "You go back in there and do what I told you to do!!!" (Later, the attorney learned of a rule permitting him to tell the jury that three requests from the jury would have overruled the judge's directive...the court's action permitted further abusive acts against the plaintiff with its blessing and impunity for the perpetrators.)

You might think that such a directed verdict would end a series of events resulting in thirteen years spent pursuing truth and justice. That is not the way that things worked out.

Ironically, the attorney involved in this case would have a chance to experience the disturbing cause for his client's problems. This advocate for truth and justice would confront conditions similar to the circumstances leading to his client's continued suffering. As a patient of the same dentist who had been treating his client, the lawyer discussed his client's case against another dentist. The technique for overexposing a patient was clearly explained. The method involved exposing the whole head to x-rays for a prolonged period of time and pointing the tube cone at the eyes of the patient. Being the client of one and the patient of the other presented some confusion in the mind for a helpless seeker of health and fair treatment. Since this victim of circumstance had explained his radiosensitivity to his lawyer's dentist, he felt safe from harm. There seemed to be little cause for concern. So, just prior to his client's dental visit, the attorney went for a checkup, surprised to observe the dentist misusing x-rays. Several weeks later the client went for his dental examination. After this visit, the client described how he had been abused and burned by the dentist. At this point, the counsel reluctantly disclosed his hesitant admonitions to the practitioner, "I didn't want go into it too much saying 'Hey you just ZAPPED me or something!'..I didn't do that."(a very timid lawyer) .. I was basically saying..."(mumbles indecisively )..." just putting him on notice that he better not do anything to you.". (hollow threat, never told me what happened ). " Unfortunately, the attorney failed to inform his client of this confrontation until after the client spoke with him describing how the dentist had pointed the x-ray tube at his eye while prolonging exposures, thus recreating x-ray burns as previously described to this dentist by the patient's lawyer, who had outlined a radiation lawsuit against another dentist in specific detail.

...Turning the other cheek while being slaughtered like sheep, patients cringe before a medical fringe, whose materialistic drive allows them to thrive, as they live their lie ...we go out to die, "SURVIVOR" is their game no matter how many they maim, they'll form a victim's report to go to court, if you pay they'll write anything you say, if you're poor they'll point to the door, how much are you worth on this planet earth? Suggestion: load sound file to completion, go for a snack

When you click on the image, the patient-dentist conversation about the dentist's actions will appear as a sound file. While the sound bar progresses across the player application screen, click on the pause button (the symbol is two vertical parallel lines for pause, not the exit black square or the stop button) this permits the bar to move slowly to the right until the sound is fully loaded, then click on the start play button. This will permit uninterrupted audio. (If you have a T 1 line or other high capacity line, you are fortunate and can forget the above suggestion.)
