You may also place the order by mail. Payment by check or money orders are most welcome. Please send your requests to wzmicro@worldnet.att.net to confirming the availability before send in your order by mail. Your order will be shipped within 48hrs upon receipt of the payment. All products ship via priority mail. Order over US $50 will ship with insurance. Shipping/handling for all orders under 2 Lbs are fixed at $9.00 in USA, $18.00 for Canada and $45.00 for international. Any order over 2LBs needs to add additional shipping cost. International orders over $200 US will have to be prepaid by direct fund transfer into our account or through Western Union service. All sales are final. Shipping and handling fee are not refundable. Defective merchandise will be exchanged for the same item when it is returned within the first 10 days of receipt. An explanation of the nature of the defect must be noted before authorization can be granted. Requests receive after 10 days from receipt date fall under the warranty terms and conditions for the specific product. Non-defective returns for credit are subject to a 35% restocking fee. Absolutely no refund or return for software download, or any merchandise received beyond 30 days of purchase. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted by us. All returns must be in as "New" condition, complete with manuals, registration cards, accessories and in original packaging. By placing an order, you agree with all the above terms and conditions.
