Here's a photo of Allan's and Mori's number one cat, Marmee (for his marmalade color). It was taken with a little videocam Allan has on his computer.
Marmee is one of 10 "feral" cats they take care of and have had neutered. He has chosen to live in their apartment. About three of the others also stay overnight from time to time, but Marmee has bonded with Allan, and Allan's pad is his pad!
This is a photo of Stanley waking up from a nap on a car in the parking garage of some nearby neighbors; fortunately, they like Stanley. He is the only one of their feral cats that they think was "pre-owned"--he had been trained to be patted, and he meows for food, in and out.
True ferals don't call attention to themselves like that, and it takes a long time before they will accept pats. He likes to stay overnight, especially if it's raining!
