This is Bowser, a Lab mix, and it shows not only in her appearance, but also in her demeanor. She's very gentle and friendly, and would love to fetch tennis balls all day if you would be so inclined to play with her ... come to think of it, she kinda looks like me, except for the white on the nose and the standing ears, huh?

 
       This is Andrew, an Airedale breed. He needs constant love and attention, and is very attached to people. He's not as coordinated as Bowser when it comes to catching tennis balls. He tends to bobble and flub them whenever they're tossed to him so they mostly bounce off and away whenever he plays catch, and as a result Bowser almost always gets to grab the toy. He's good at snatching it away from his sister, though, so he gets to return it about half the time anyway.

 
        This is a picture of Bingo the dog and Mookie the cat. By his size, one may develop the wrong impression that Bingo will be a pushover here in a household shared with two large dogs and an older feline, but on the contrary, this feisty little canine more than holds his own. He will mind his own business when left to his devices, but if you ever pick him up or if he gets an opportunity to climb any sort of structure whereby he actually towers over the others, you can see his newfound desire to take over the place by his authoritative bark! It's as if he's saying, "Hah, I'm taller than all of you now! I rule this place!!!"

        Mookie (Malcolm) is a middle-aged cat and prefers to wander out and about the backyard and even beyond that up to the hill overlooking the house. He will come in every once in a while and tap on a window pane with his paw to let everyone know he wants in. He usually keeps to himself as his canine brothers' roughhousing tend to be a little too extreme for his taste.

All four live in Southern California.
