Northwest Railway Museum - Located in the Snoqualmie Valley east of Seattle in King County. Large collection of steam locomotives, diesels, passenger cars, freight cars, and other equipment from the Pacific Northwest. Centerpiece is the restored 1890 Seattle, Lake Shore and Eastern Railway Depot in Snoqualmie.

Camp Six Logging Museum - Located in Point Defiance Park in Tacoma. Collection of Northwest logging railway equipment.

SP&S Railway Museum - Located in Vancouver, this museum houses numerous small artifacts from the Spokane, Portland and Seattle Railway.

Issaquah Depot Museum - This museum operated by the Issaquah Historical Society has a Plymouth Locomotive and several cars at the restored Seattle, Lake Shore and Eastern Railway depot in Issaquah.

Dayton Historical Depot Society - Un-Official site of this historic depot in Dayton.

Washington State Railroad's Historical Society - This group has a small museum in Pasco and several pieces of equipment.

Yakima Valley Rail and Steam Museum - This group is restoring Northern Pacific 4-6-0 #1364 at the Toppenish Depot along with other equipment.

Shay #23 - Scott Wickert is restoring this two truck shay built in 1887 for the Stimson Mill Co.

Inland Empire Railway Historical Society - This group displays a Union Pacific 4-6-2, Northern Pacific F-9 and other equipment at the Spokane Interstate Fairgrounds.

Tenino Depot Museum - This ex-Northern Pacific Depot in Tenino was moved and turned into a local history museum.

Yakima Electric Railway Museum - Un-Official site. Museum is preserving the equipment of the Yakima Valley Transportation Co.
