View of Devils Elbow Bridge taken in the 1950's. This bridge originally consisted of two wood Howe truss bridges with the railroad on top. This is looking downstream towards Newhalem. Sitting on a siding is electric boxmotor #1317. Today Highway 20 is on the railroad right of way from where the #1317 is at back to Newhalem.
