We do not add preservatives to our products. All our items can be frozen for up to a year, and refrozen after opening. If kept tightly wrapped they will have no loss in quality. Freshness on arrival is guaranteed. We ship every weekday except Friday.

We regret that we are no longer offering SUGAR FREE pound cake. The sugar substitute was difficult to work with, and the cakes did not stay fresh as well as we desired. We may be able to fill some special or large orders, please call for information.
