Howdy friends and welcome.
On this site you will find a collection of writings that search for meaning within a difficult book. You will find writings that struggle to put into simple and clear ways the deeply powerful concepts which The Urantia Book presents. The essays have been written over a several year period and I continue to add to them. They are listed under the parts of the book that they correspond with. There is also a subject index to help you find your way around. In most of the essays I site the page and paragraph numbers in parenthesis.
I don’t know about you, but I process the awesome concepts of Deity in ways that simple and applicable. I do research, I analyze and I think of ways that the information touches my life. I also ask God to help me to understand what I am reading. I then try to come up with some ideas on how to communicate with simplicity and common sense my understanding to others. In this way I hope to better understand The Urantia Book and maybe help a few people along the way.
Below is also a link to Talking Points. These are articles designed to help you find ways to reach a friend with an important concept from the book. Many people will not be interested in reading such a daunting book. But The Urantia Book has so many great messages that cut through the mumbo jumbo of current religious philosophy with simple, clear, spiritually inspired ideas.
