Case Consultations Instructions:

Dr. David M. Brady provides his professional services in the form of consultations with treating doctors and nutritionists for difficult patients. Guidance and opinions will be offered in the area of diagnosis and management. Interpretation and options regarding diagnostic and laboratory testing will be given. Treatment interventions will emphasize nutritional, botanical, functional, and physical medicine. Phone consultations with clinicians are followed by a chart review with a written report provided via return mail and fax. Billing is in 15 minute increments at $35.00 per any portion of 15 minute block. The average charge for an initial phone consultation, lab test review, and written report for your chart is approximately $90.00 to $120.00. An appropriate fee can be charged to the patient as a professional fee to compensate for the time of the treating clinician in participating in the consult discussion, and to cover the fee paid to Dr. Brady by the treating clinician. This provides the patient with the benefit of an expert consultation in a cost effective way without the inconvenience of scheduling another office visit with an expensive specialist. It also allows the treating clinician to maintain primary control of the patient. The fee payable to Dr. Brady will be invoiced to the treating clinician and payment will be the responsibility of the treating clinician within 30 days of invoicing. Consults are ONLY done with treating clinicians and NOT with patients directly.

Telephone consultations without written report only are available free of charge to established professional accounts of Moss Nutrition and American Medical Testing Labs.
