Take I-95N to exit 27A merge onto Route 25N toward Trumbull/Waterbury take exit #7 toward Merritt Parkway Rt-15 South. Merge onto Rt-15S/Merritt Parkway (Norwalk/New York) to Park Avenue Exit 47. Turn left onto Park Avenue. Enter first driveway on the left (see sign for Park Avenue Medical Center, 5520 Park Avenue). From North (New Haven) - Heading South via Merritt Parkway (Rt-15):
Take Rt-15 Merritt Parkway South towards New York City. Exit at Park Avenue Exit #47. Turn left onto Park Avenue. From North (New Haven ) - Heading South via- I-95:
Take I-95 South towards NY. Take Exit #38 towards Rt-15 (Merritt Parkway and Wilbur Cross Parkway). Merge onto Rt-15 South via the exit - on the left - towards Merritt Pkwy/NY City. Take Park Avenue Exit #47. Turn left onto Park Avenue. Enter first driveway on the left (see sign for Park Avenue Medical Center, 5520 Park Avenue just past the North entrance to the Merritt Parkway). From North (Route 8) - Heading South via Route 8:
Take Route 8 South towards Bridgeport merge at Exit #10 onto Rt-15 South/Merritt Parkway. Take the Park Avenue Exit #47. Turn left onto Park Avenue. Enter first driveway on the left (see sign for Park Avenue Medical Center, 5520 Park Avenue just past the North entrance to the Merritt Parkway). Best parking toward rear of building, closest main entrance to our suite is located adjacent to rear parking lot. Take elevator to 3rd floor.

Train - Metro North:
Take train to the Fairfield Station. Taxis are available on the northbound side. (Note to cabbie - 5520 Park Avenue is located just past Sacred Heart University and near the Park Avenue Merritt Parkway Exit). It is approximately a 10-15 minute ride and costs no more than $20.
