The B. R. A. K. E. S. Group of Westfield

The B.R.A.K.E.S. Group is working with the Westfield Town Council through its Public Works Committee, chaired by Councilwoman Claire Lazarowitz, to find alternatives to the unsafe and unsightly storage of leaves in the streets during the months of October to December. Leaf collection programs in neighboring towns such as Summit and Mountainside, that are more efficient as well as less expensive, will be closely examined as Westfield works to improve the delivery of services to all Westfielders during leaf season.
