JINGLES:  Nearly every music station in the nation today uses jingles to help distinguish their radio station from the competition.  The two best-known jingles companies in the united states are PAMS and JAM Creative Productions, both based in Dallas, Texas.

PAMS-- WABC and PAMS jingles go hand-in-hand.  WNBC, WXLO, WPLJ, and WCBS have used PAMS jingles through the years.

JAM Creative Productions-- WABC used many JAM jingles in the late 1970s and early 1980s.  Today, WHTZ and WTJM ("Jammin 105") are two large customers of JAM creative productions.

Musicradio 77 WABC:  Allen Sniffen's salute to MusicRadio 77 WABC is an unparalelled tribute loaded with sound files, airchecks, stories and much more from the greatest radio station in western civilization.  Budget yourself a few hours to hear the memories.
