This reunion will be from Thursday through Sunday, September 10 - 13. Our rates will be $89.00 for Standard King or Double/Double or $109.00 for a King Suite. Tax is 10.4% making the out the door payment $98.26 and 120.34. The cut off date for reservations is August 11, 2009. For an arrival on Thursday, 9/10 and departure on Monday, 9/14, Reservations for can be made by calling the 1-800 HOLIDAY number and identifying yourself as being with the James C. Reunion Registration will begin at noon Thursday in the hospitality room. The Friday and Saturday tours are described below. The banquet will be on Sunday evening starting with pictures around 4:30 PM, Opening and Color Guard about 5:30 PM and dinner at 6:00 PM and close about 10:00 PM with Anchors Aweigh. We will have music and expect to have another great time. So mark you calendar.

Hospitality Suite is open 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM except during tours.
Closes around 1:00 PM Sunday and reopens Monday morning at 7:00 AM for coffee and doughnuts.

Lunch on your own at Navy Pier.

9:00am Meet your luxury coaches and guides at the Holiday Inn Select
Tour a recently restored icon, the captured German U505 submarine, on this informative About Tours trip to the Museum of Science and Industry. The submarine, which was only built to last four years, has been moved, very carefully, from an outdoor exhibit to a new, spectacular underground interactive exhibit space. It showcases the history of the U505, from it's capture on June 4, 1944 off the coast of West Africa to its magnificent new home at the museum. The only German submarine located in the United States , it is now a memorial to the American sailors who gave their lives on the high seas during war. You will drive along Chicago's magnificent lake shore and learn how the submarine came to Chicago in the early 50 's and how it was transported from Lake Michigan to the museum. You will also have a special on- board tour of the submarine and find out what it was like to be one of the crew.*On board tour is not handicap accessible. Lunch on your own at the museum.
