Who  am  I  . . .

I currently own and camp in a 1963 Serro Scotty camper. I enjoy the feeling of back to the way it was and the very simplicity of these vintage campers.  I enjoy the serenity, nature, hiking, fishing, exploring and meeting new people.  I am Larry Bush and live in Washington, Pa. I camp as often as I can in my Serro Scotty, affectionately named the FoXx's Den because I luv those furry little critters.  To the right is my 1963 Serro Scotty Gaucho with full wardrobe enjoying the great outdoors !

A little history . . .

First, I hope you have viewed my Serro Scotty Page and read the story and info about my Serro Scotty.  I wanted to add a little history about the inception of the SSVC web site.  I am a member of the Serro Scotty Camper Enthusiasts Yahoo group, for close to six years now. It is mostly Serro Scotty camper  enthusiasts but I saw that people were coming into the group with various vintage campers and questions; so I felt the need to incorporate all vintage campers into the web site and resources which I had been doing for the group. With the addition of all vintage campers, I felt it was fair to add the name Vintage Campers to the web site name.  So, I changed the name to Serro Scotty Vintage Campers and moved the web site to my server.  The web site contains info on Serro Scotty and vintage campers in general and there are camping, campground topics on the web site. 

Our web site has a lot of features for your use; like the Resources, Event Listings Calendar, VIN Database, Picture Albums, Camper State Listings and  printable forms.  Please, feel welcome to use these features and you can add to them where applicable: i.e.:  submit your state info or vin.  By Joining the SSVC you can submit your camping pictures URL and/or page and I will add them to the Picture Albums page. 

I enjoy doing this web site and hopefully it will help you. So, enjoy our web site and maybe I will meet you at  a camp out or other event.
