are
many places to get material or fabric to make
curtains and covers for your cushions. Places like Wal-Mart,
K-Mart, JoAnn's Fabrics, etc. There are other sources listed on
the CUSHIONS
page. Most of these places offer you a choice of materials or fabrics
to make these items. Some have pre-made curtains and other items
available to choose from. I am not sure about where you live, but
where I am located it seems to be quite costly making curtains,
etc. I have a friend who can do this and even then with the price
of good material, it is costly. I tried looking around in the
stores for curtains and quickly found out the Scotty windows are not a
standard size? So, if I was able to find something I liked it
would probably have to be altered or not fit exactly as I liked.
That's what I have now, as I bought some curtains to make do.
Also, looking at curtains that are already made doesn't seem to give
you a good choice or anything like what you might want in your
Scotty. Ok, I am a guy so don't you Scotty women start,
atleast I got curtains !
Ok, so one day I had some time to just browse around Ebay. Well, I wasn't exactly looking for curtains but I came across this seller who seemed to have nice choices of different items, like curtains, wall hangings, etc. So, I looked through everything she had listed and I did see some nice selections but not what I needed for the curtains in the FoXxsDen. I noticed on one item for sale she had listed, "please help me out...my sewing room is overflowing". I think the light went on and I contacted her. I explained what I was looking for and what I was using them in and if she would be interested in making curtains for the FoXxsDen. I can say she was very nice and sent me pictures of material she had that could make these curtains. I selected the material and I felt she gave me a very reasonable price and the material is very good quality. Also, I bought this pair of FoXx wall hangings for the FoXxsDen:   I felt the quality and service from this seller was worthy of a Resource page! If you are looking for some material or fabric that you can't find or to get curtains made, then send an email and explain what you are looking for to: sew-so-crazy .
