067 is based in Austin, Texas
Craig writes; "Sharon and I purchased N28067 (at '79 model with 675 hours TT) in September 1997 and have flown it over 250 hours since then. Most of our trips are relatively short (thanks to Viking speed) to Houston or Dallas, but it also takes us to more exciting locations such as regular trips to New Orleans for dinner and twice now to Steamboat Spings, CO ! Our trip to Steamboat in December saw N28067 filed IFR in Class A airspace to get over Rockies turbulence. Not many normally aspirated birds can get you to Class A (the 75 knot headwind lacked something to be desired though ! ). N28067 is based at 3R3 (Austin Executive) until they close the airport in May and then will move to GTU (Georgetown) which is just completing new T-hangars (we've been on the waiting list for two years - those with good hangar availability should consider yourselves very lucky!)"
