N 110 Charlie Brown is a 1974 Super Viking owned by RJ Lint

RJ writes; "Since I have owned N110CB I have installed a GEM engine monitor, GAMI injectors, Airwolf Oil Filter system, Vertical Card Compass, fine wire plugs, twin MAC 1700 VT's that have audio read-back, trip frequency memory, and timers; total time, leg time, trip time, fuel timer, and approach timers built-in. They are digital flip-flop conversions to KX175/170B's. The GPS is an Airmap 300. It has the normal 2 VORs with glideslope, DME, ADF, Century 2 autopilot, aux tank, and neat things normally found on all Bellancas, except it doesn't have a ski tube or built in O2. I have a portable 02 set up. The useful load is 1009.62 pounds."
"It's a 1974 17-30A and the total time is 2133. It's been 133 hours since overhaul and 5 hours since a top overhaul. It also has the new VAR crank, rebuilt fuel injection, and all new valves and seats---thanks to the poorly done overhaul."
"The plane I owned before the Viking was a Cherokee 140. I found the transition to the Viking extremely easy. Except for the constant speed propeller and retractable gear, the Viking is as forgiving as the Cherokee but a whole lot faster. Approach speed in the Viking is faster than my cruise speed in the Cherokee. The Viking is truly a joy to fly."
"When N110 Charlie Brown is running I love it, when its not I refer to it as N110 Continually Broken but I do have to admit, I really enjoy doing the maintenance and working on this plane as much as flying it."
