It is available by calling 1-800-STAMP-24.
This is a credit card order.

The stamp can also be ordered by fax at 1-816-545-1212 - be sure to include credit card and mailing information.

The stamp can also be ordered by writing to:
Philatelic Fullfillment Service Center, PO Box 7247, Philadelphia PA 19101-9014.
The POW/MIA Stamp item number is 448340.
This is a block of 20 stamps at a cost of $6.40.
There is a $1 shipping and handling fee.

Yes, hard to believe, that we have MIA's from the
Gulf War.. that we have yet gotten an accountability
on.. Just as we "STILL" wait for accountability  for
our Pow/Mia's from Nam and Korea, we now add
to the list, those from the Persian Gulf as well..
