- Hats may be shipped by UPS (United Parcel Service).
- Orders may be shipped by using a credit card.
- Credit cards we accept are: Visa, MasterCard, Discover
- Hats are not prepacked by size or style which makes it easy for you to order only the styles and sizes you need.
- The invoice will specify how many boxes are in your order. If your order is delivered to you and you see that you are short a box, please notify us as soon as possible.
- Minimum order - One hat.
- Insurance added upon request.
- We reserve the right to refuse shipping to any customer when we feel it is in our best interests not to.
- All retail and wholesale prices are subject to change.

Please choose the shipping method that is best for you. UPS ships a variety of ways. If you need your hats faster than usual for a special event or the weekend, UPS can ship in one to the 4 different ways listed below:
*REGULAR: Delivery time depends on the UPS zone you fall in which is figured by your zip code. Tell us your zip code and we can give you an estimated delivery date.
3-DAY SELECT: UPS guarantees delivery in 3 Days (Does not include day order is shipped) (Orange Label). If shipped on Monday or Tuesday, order would arrive by Friday.
*SECOND DAY AIR: UPS guarantees delivery in 2 Days (Does not include day order is shipped) (Blue Label).
*NEXT DAY AIR: UPS guarantees next day delivery (Red Label).
*We require all UPS charges for Second Day Air and Next Day Air to be paid in advance by Credit Card, Money Order or Cash, UPS changed these two services from Actual Weight to Dimensional Weight, causing them to more than double in cost.
If you need your order in a hurry we suggest you use the 3-day select service.
ALL UPS SHIPPING CHARGES ARE BASED ON YOUR ZIP CODE AND THE TYPE OF UPS SERVICE YOU REQUEST. THE CHARGES ARE CALCULATED ON A UPS SHIPPING COMPUTER.
WE DO NOT ADD ANY ADDITIONAL FEE TO WHAT UPS CHARGES.
