Black Porcelain Artist Dolls

Here is my collection of black porcelain artist dolls. Most were purchased from Home Shopping Club. I love the unique face sculpts and gorgeous outfits on these dolls, as well as the variety in skin tone.

On the right is Mariah, a 29" porcelain doll by Patricia Loveless made for Home Shopping Club in 1995 and limited to 2000 dolls and Mystica, a 29" porcelain doll by artist De'Onna for HSC. She is limited to an edition of 1000 dolls in 1996.

Three more lovely porcelain African themed dolls. A Pat Loveless porcelain doll, Camisha, limited 2000 dolls. She is dressed in West African ceremonial tribal robes. On the front lower right, the Queen of Sheba, a Willian Tung doll and on the lower left, the 10" Madam Alexander Kwanza Cissette which is vinyl.

Regina Marie, the Beauty of Ole New Orleans is another Patricia Loveless porcelain doll, 29" tall and purchased in 1994 from Home Shopping Club.

A beautiful dark skin Cleopatra doll from the Franklin Mint designed by Maryse Nicole.
