I promise, this is the last picture of Typhoon Forrest. This one shows the eyewall on the right side a little better. Notice how the center of wind circulation (the "bowl" you see here) is off center from where the clear blue sky is showing in the upper left. This phenomenon is difficult to see in a satellite photograph. As I said before, this is a dying typhoon. When storms die over open water (usually because they hit colder water), they sort of expand out and start to fade away. Even though their power is not as concentrated, they can still pose a hazard to life and property.
