May 30, June 6, 13– Troop Meeting - Mr. O’Connor will be working with the scouts on first aid and Red Cross training.

 

June 9th - Cedar Grove- Jerry O’Connor Annual Special Citizen Picnic - You will be able to earn community service hours, and just have fun. Information will be at the next two meetings. We will be leaving from 8 Pendelton Rd (O’Connor residence) at 10:00 am and return around 5:00 pm. The event takes place at Cedar Grove Memorial Park. Scouts are to be in class B uniform.

 

June 19th– COH – Troop Picnic – last mtg – This year it will be held at the Schwartz residence at 20 Sparrowbush Rd - A-M bring Dessert; N-Z bring salad. Starting time is 6:30 pm.

 

June 23rd– Car Wash Pledge cards were given out at the last meeting. If you didn’t receive one, please see Mr. Coburn on June 6th. Car wash will take place on Saturday, June 23rd at Firehouse #1 on Miller Road from 8am to 1pm. Pledge prizes are described on flyer. There will be sign up sheet at the next meeting

 

June 25th – Committee/parent meeting - – Mahwah Fire Dept. 8:00 pm.

 

July 9th – SHAKE DOWN FOR SUMMER CAMP. Location will be at Krajewskis’ residence at 6:00 pm.(38 Winding Trail) Blue cards will be filled out so ready for summer camp. All Scouts are to bring their footlocker with what they intend to bring to camp so it can be checked.

 

July 14th – Yearly Program PLANNING. Mark this date to attend the annual planning meeting in the summer to develop the calendar of events for the ensuing year.

 

August 12 -18th –national youth Leadership training. Ryan C., Tim M. and Craig O. will represent Troop 50 at this leadership training.
