Academic Projects Coordinator, Dean of Academic Affairs Office, Eastman School of Music, 1998-2000.  Half-time staff position responsible for the development and implementation of the Orchestral Studies Program, a joint project of Eastman School of Music and the Rochester Philharmonic Orchestra.  Created the Conservatory Exchange Program with partner schools in leading European cities.
