In memory of the victims who lost their lives during the attacks on the World Trade Center Towers, the Pentagon, and Flight #93 on 9/11/2001.

Best viewed in 1024 x 768, resolution & Netscape, but designed with 800 x 600 resolutions in mind. This site is usually under construction, especially when I run into developer's, (originally known as writer's), block.

Welcome to my home page. First of all, I should explain the title. The whole quote is actually, "Jack of all trades, master of none." Well that's kind of the concept behind this web site. I would not consider the information on this site to be expert advice, but I do try to make it as complete as possible. Here's where you visitors come in. It will be your suggestions, comments and input that will help me to provide the most accurate information.

I plan to include as much information that I can concerning areas of interest to myself, which may also be of use to you web surfers out there. I will be continuously remodeling the format of this site until I find one that I like the most, so bear with me.

If there are any Internet protocol violations that you notice, please email Tim (that's me). Also, if there is anything not on this site that you would like to see, then let me know. I try to be pretty good about responding to emails. I rarely ignore anything- except hate mail, but sometimes I'll even grant a response to those fortunate authors.

Navigation Instructions:
/
The navigation buttons in the left frame will open the new section in its own window (except the News link which will open in this frame). Most off-site links will also open in a new window so you don't accidentally lose track of this one. (I've had that happen to me and sometimes it's impossible to find the original site again.)

I would suggest that if you want to save this site as a favorite, then bookmark this page. Although the other sections of my site may look like a site in & of themselves, I may have to rename or move them during design. However, this location and name will remain constant as long as I remain with the current server.

Following is a brief description of what the different sections of my site are all about. More details can be found at their respective locations:
/
Roman Catholicism- the most important aspect of my life. Although there may be those out there who do not agree with the Catholic Church or Her teachings, do not let your views prevent you from checking out other information that I will have on this site.

Automobiles- I happen to really appreciate older American cars- especially the muscle cars. This deals with repair, customizing and restoration.

Computers- Just about everything is technology driven now-a-days. Here I'll discuss my favorite systems, projects and programming that I have some knowledge of. I'll include as many links as possible without ruining the site.

Interests- favorite hobbies and interests, such as books, recreation, entertainment, etc. Check it out, you may be familiar with some of this stuff.

Speculation- an ambiguous link at best. I happen to have a creative and viviid imagination, yet there are things that are occurring around the world that may and do have a grave impact on our existence. These issues deserve some type of discussion and I would welcome all input. I guess we could subtitle this section as, "The World Event Think Tank."

Survival- okay, so this is just a fancy word for hunting and camping, eh? Well, there is much more to this topic than you might think. There is a big difference between camping and surviving; for instance, what would you do if you had to live without the amenities we take for granted? This topic won't just pertain to the wilderness though, there are some practical thoughts concerning urban existence that  I will include as well. I guess you could really call this topic Self-Reliance.

Below is a picture of an amazing waterfall/rapid that caught my attention. Being an outdoor enthusiast, I hope that one day I can find a place like this to explore:

I found this picture on Dennis O'Hara's web site. He has many such pictures that are excellent background pictures for your desktop. Just click on the picture above to go to his web site.

Disclaimer #1 - A word here about gender-neutral language. It is an absurd concept and I don't use it. Here's how I look at the topic. We are all created in God's image, therefore we all share the same basic and most important similarity. To try and neuter our speech as to avoid some hair-brained idea about discrimination is ludicrous. Logically, words like "mankind" already include the idea of women in its scope. Just look at these two words: man & woman, do you not see both genders included in "man"-kind?

Disclaimer #2 - I try to use humor whenever possible. Laughter is supposed to be the best medicine. After all, laughing releases those 'dolphins' in your head, which is like a natural high. Unfortunately, some people may misunderstand it. No sourpusses, please. I cannot be held responsible for any psychological trauma that visitors may develop after they have perused this site. By the way, this disclaimer does not pertain to Disclaimer #1.
