SHIPPING ~ We currently ship via USPS First Class (packages under 12oz), Priority Mail or FedEx Ground Service. Orders paid with Paypal are sent to verified Paypal addresses. Orders are taken each week from Friday-Wednesday. We pack orders on Thursday and ship packages on Friday. If your package is being shipped via FedEx it will automatically include $100 of insurance. If your package is being shipped through the Postal Service, insurance is highly recommended. Make It Snappy is not responsible for any stolen or lost packages. PAYMENTS ~ All transactions are on a pre-pay basis. We accept Checks, Money Orders, Paypal and C2it. Please make check/mo payments payable to Jennifer DeHart. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS~Due to a growing number of lost International packages, all packages destined outside of the U.S. must now have insurance. If the shopping cart does not add adequate shipping & insurance, I will email you with shipping options. REFUNDS ~ Most refunds are made within 5 business days. Refunds are given in the form of payment they were made. ie; A personal check payment will be refunded with a personal check and Paypal will be refunded with Paypal. RETURNED CHECKS ~ A $35 service fee is charge for all returned checks. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ~ We will gladly ship anywhere in the world. Please email us for the best possible rate at Make It Snappy. EMERGENCY ORDERS ~ We will make every attempt to send an emergency order overnight order. There is a $10 service charge in addition to the expedited shipping charges. Please email us if this is necessary at Make It Snappy. *All items are guaranteed to be free from defect upon shipment. If something arrives in less than satisfactory condtion, email me immediately. *Please contact us before making any returns. No refunds will be issued unless this is followed. *In the event that a refund is necessary, any fees incurred will not be refunded. *All returns or exchanges of unopened packages must be made within 60 days of ship date. *All of our snaps are guaranteed not to break when correctly applied and used under normal conditions. If a snap should break, please return the snap with a brief explanation of the problem and a replacement will be sent. *Return shipping is the responsibility of the consumer.
