Tico Tours™,LLC guarantees to deliver the tour as advertised (changes to advertised itineraries may occur due to weather, personal preferences of the group,tour leader discretion,etc) except as provided by the policies stated on its website. By signing up for Tico Tours™ Birding tour, each participant agrees to accept all risks that may be entailed by participating in the tour without exception. Below is a more detailed though not necessarily exhaustive statement of possible risks.
Travel to tour destinations may entail risks pertaining to tropical diseases, venomous animals, inadequate access to appropriate medical care, unexpected weather conditions and geological events, or unforeseen political changes during the tour. Tico Tours™ shall not be held liable in any way for accidents, deaths, injuries, illnesses, other health-related conditions, delays, inconveniences, or other irregularities that may occur for any reason whatever during the conduct of its tours. Tico Tours™ shall not be held liable for any lost, damaged, or stolen baggage or personal effects, which are conveyed entirely at owner's risk.
Tico Tours™ does not warrant in any fashion the success of the tour in terms of enjoyment or in terms of how many or which birds or other wildlife are actually seen by any participant on tour.
