Just another view.
showing the 95mm Nicasil barrels, and the added alternator stand.
beating sheet metal into submission Adding more sheet metal to the mix. Picked up a 40 hp fan shroud at the last swap meet, fits much better than a 36er. Also fitting the breast plate to the block and the dry sump pump.  Should be able to seal the engine compartment up like stock pretty much........
Whack, Whack!
Here is what's left of the rear tin. This will eventually be the pattern for making the finished piece. It was fit in the engine compartment 1st and is now getting fitted to the dry sump pump. The unfortunate thing is the addition of the bus box which will require a bit more trimming of the right rear corner. This is where the early aprons really cramp the engine compartment when stuffing a 1600 based engine in where a 25 came out! hack the stuff off!
rhummmmmmhp! The new header from A-1 Muffler in Santa Ana, California. A slightly different version of their 1 3/4" merge system. The difference is it was made to clear a dry sump pump. It also clears the apron........

smooth sailing!
Almost finished intake port, needing the 7 mm valve guides.
Exhaust port, again needing the valve guides, 6 mm for these.
http://home.att.net/~theshoppe/power.html This is a couple of different tin pieces I've made to mount the "coolant" sensor in the airflow coming off the heads. Both work quite well.
Well, time for an update on the engine that actually is in the split. Due to some time and packaging problems, I changed the configuration at the last moment. I changed to 94mm AA pistons in Cima barrels and a Pent roof raised deck case. Oiling is conventional with a 3.5 qt. Berg sump. This 2332 is very similar to a lot of the  11.90 S/G cars.
