The two different sender pieces I have used on a T1 Both positioned the sender in the air coming off the cylinder heads . The one on the left made the wiring a bit neater as no wiring went onto the engine , the plug just stayed on the car wiring. |

The little "cup" in the bottom of an T1 EFI tank. This cup along with the shape of the tank bottom actually works pretty well. I am grafting this bottom into a rotted out split tank for the Split. The tank had been used a a critter nest for a quarter of a century |
