FAVORITE SCI-FI TV: The X-Files, Babylon 5, Star Trek, Alien Nation, Mystery Science Theater 3000, Dark Skies (A travesty NBC canceled that show after one year. Shame!)


FAVORITE SCI-FI MOVIES: Star Wars saga (of course), The Abyss, Independence Day, The Matrix, Terminator II.

FAVORITE SCI-FI CARTOONS: Star Blazers, Robotech (I love Anime), Exo Squad, War Planets, Superman (The WB series).

HOBBIES: Watching Sports (mainly baseball, football and hockey), military history, collecting T shirts and ballcaps.


FAVORITE SPORTS TEAMS: New Jersey Devils and Philadelphia Flyers (Hockey), Philadelphia Eagles (Football), Philadelphia Phillies, Boston Red Sox, Trenton Thunder, Anaheim Angels and Houston Astros (Baseball).


FAVORITE MUSIC: All kinds. Heavy metal, pop, classic rock, classical, some new age.


FAVORITE BAND: Led Zeppelin.


FAVORITE COMPOSER: As a whole, I love the Russian composers like Tchaikovsky, Dvorak and Rimsky-Korsakov.


FAVORITE NEW AGE ARTIST: Toss up between Ed Van Fleet and Secret Garden.


MY OWN MUSICAL TALENTS: Played violin in elementary school and clarinet in my high school marching band.


HOW I UNWIND: Take a walk (also good exercise), go to Sedona, watch the WWF (it cracks me up!)

BEST JOB EXPERIENCE: In 1998, the Prescott High School girls basketball team went to the state semi-finals at America West Arena in Phoenix, where the Suns and Coyotes play. Me and my partner, Tom Bird, did the play-by-play for that game from
courtside. Total thrill! Even met Michelle Timms of the WNBA's Phoenix Mercury. Great day all around.
