I'm Crystal - the creator and sole maintainer of this website.
I live in the U.S., in the state of Minnesota, in the city of Minneapolis.
I have 50 years of life experience behind me (and hopefully 50 more ahead).
I started this site in 1998 - just before the turn of the millenium, when everyone was talking about the disasters that were coming; disasters that the ancient prophets and texts had predicted. I decided that I ought to find out about those predictions and I started the Predictions & Prophesy page with what I was finding. Eventually I realized that I didn't know enough about which natural disasters were actually taking place to know if they were increasing or not. In order to keep track, I created a page with a link to the most useful of each category of disaster that I could find. I put the page online just in case anyone else was searching for the same type of information. And here you are - the unique, intelligent people who are keeping watch on the unusual changes that our planet is going through. I eventually started putting some of the major disaster news on the page and that grew into daily updates, and into the current
Global Disaster Watch website.
I figured that the disasters would eventually slow down and stabilize, but instead they just keep increasing. This page has grown to require a huge amount of my 'spare' time. It's getting harder to keep all the daily information updated, and I am falling behind on the additional topic updates that I would like to provide. That's why I have decided in 2007 to ask for donations - that will hopefully buy me a little time to get all the extra info onto the pages in a more timely and useful fashion. I work part-time at a school and do special projects there to supplement my income. When I receive donations, I am able to cut back on the special projects and devote that time to the webpage instead.
