My Definition:
Tae Kwon Do Poomse is the practice of mastery -- the essence of perfection. Form is that which we all strive to achieve. When performing a form one must intensely concentrate on each movement, making it as close to ideal as possible. The perfect form does not exist, however, for no human being can be perfect. Yet it is through the striving for perfection that one finds achievement and success. The practice of poomse is the disciplined striving for perfection.
