"breathe the pressure come play my game I'll test ya psychosomatic addict, insane" ~ Prodigy ~ one of the best 16 hours yet, especially the evening shift... could it be because there was no meddling overbearing macho know-it-all testosterone-driven leads jumping in front of too many of the interactions and interventions I (or other staff) offered the kids? (FYI, a lead is a supervisory staff)... the problem with someone who constantly needs to prove himself by jumping between conversations with orders or answers is that answers are no longer sought from the person interrupted... respect and authority is undermined and when respect and authority is all that holds the place together, the supervisor is setting the stage for major problems because he is too insecure to allow people to do their jobs... he's a lot like the other kids, sometimes worse, thinking only about himself and not thinking about the consequences of his actions... definitely not a good role model for the kids... wonder if administration will see this... only if he's dumb enough to confront them too... anyway, today went well because the staff worked together and showed patience and maturity, earning respect and compliance without debate or gross authority... now if this might be remembered, work and life for the kids and staff will flow much more comfortably and growth and progress might begin... and that's worklife... major overtime these weeks, so very little writing time WORKLIFE INDEX MORE WORKLIFE LOOK OVER MY RESUME SEND JOB LEAD HELP THE SAME-TIME MENU BAR - FOR EACH GARDEN AROUND THIS SAME TIME NEW KIT WORKLIFE LIFETIME JOURNAL HEARTBEAT WANTS E-GROUPS GARDENS FRONT DOOR MAINGATE BACK DOOR WINDOW WHAT'S NEW WANT LIST WORKLIFE LIFETIMES KIT JOURNALS HEARTBEATS FAREWELL EMAIL
