"do you think you'd sell your soul to just have one thing to turn out right? for the thousandth time you turnand find that it just makes no difference to try like Holden Caulfield, I tell myself there's got to be a better way then I lay in bed and stare at the ceiling dream of brighter days" ~ Offspring ~ phew... amidst the frustration there's laughter for I know the game too well and the price I pay is nothing for I have no soul to sell cuz I don't believe in heaven so I don't believe in hell so everything's amusing and just... another story to tell back to life, back to reality... check clocked in close to 100 hours last week... the most yet and that doesn't include the travel time... and the job presented some challenging times as well as the flaws in the system start showing through much more clearly... cause?... inappropriate placements lead to incompatible kids and unmanageable groups... blame the staff, of course... I don't have as many hours scheduled for next week and if they don't call I don't think I'll look for any... though living in the car is not getting easier or more fun, a little rest and extention of the time on the road won't kill me... . o O ( famous last words?
