WORKLIFE PAGES
...being some chronicles relating to what I do for money in this world...

"but you see you're still the only one
that can ever dry your tears
so don't you rely on anyone below or up above you
you better grab your life and then
get a grip before it disappears
sad to see you sad to see your sorrow"

~ Clawfinger ~

getting thrown out on the street on the spur of the moment definitely threw a monkey wrench in the job search... like, shut it down, except for the menial minimum wage jobs that don't require a resume or telephone... I still don't understand why someone would want to hurt me this much and literally put me on the street... anyway, the job search continues in theory as I spent the days scouring the web for more job leads... I'm holding off on sending out resumes though until I get the telephone fiasco figured out... the hundreds of resumes I emailed and faxed last week were wasted as the phone's been down all week... hopefully tomorrow it'll be fixed...

tomorrow, two interviews and hopefully at least one of them will be an easy hire for me... a night shift job... the second job is day shift and I'm hoping it will fit together with the night shift job so I can take both, at least for as long as I can stand the pace (the possible day job would be 50-60 hours a week... the night job more flexible up to 40 hours a week)... hopefully I'll have enough information tomorrow to make the decision...

any way it goes, I've been screwed again by someone I trusted too much and I'll be paying for it for a while (on top of the previous payments I've been making for trusting others who've betrayed me... blah blah bummer, must be getting dumber, hopefully I'll trn around and have a better summer)...

  so still...

IT'S THE GREAT JOB FOR THE NEW MILLENIUM HUNT!
