WORKLIFE PAGES
...being some chronicles relating to what I do for money in this world...

I am buried up to my neck in
contradictionary lies
I take pride as the kind of illiterature
I'm very ape and very nice

if you ever need anything please don't hesitate
to ask someone else first
I'm too busy acting like I'm not naive
I've seen it all I was here first

well... a if life couldn't get more challenging, I'm now conducting my job search from the back of my car, no longer have access to my telephone or fax or food or stuff... I don't understand why and I'll vent about it I'm sure... at the moment I'm numb and don't want to believe 've found yet another smiling person using the word friend who cruelly betrayed me...

what's with humans, anyway, that they are so cruel?

I showed up at the Papa Johns management interview as spruced up as I could under the circumstances... it went well, though I was at a loss to say where I could be reached... not a good sign...

the worst part is not the betrayal itself (the emotional damage can wait, I need a job)... it's that the phone company says it'll be a few days before I can access my phone number so all the messages I will get this week will be left on Aim's answering machine and that leaves the job search at a sudden stand still... not getting back to people leaving me messages will not bode well...

I'll do my best to make follow up calls and find places to wash up and look presentabl, but this particular betrayal could not have been timed any worse... trust people?...

IT'S THE GREAT JOB FOR THE NEW MILLENIUM HUNT!
