"you may be right I may be crazy but it just may be a lunatic you're looking for" look, the guy who invented Pringles also invented Pampers... aren't we glad he didn't get his experiments mixed up (at least we hope he didn't)... but still, you've got to wonder what those things are really made of... and ok, time for some trivial pursuits... here's some more information I found wandering the web... it's about a... well, could be a singer, group, some performer or group of performers in the music industry... it may be surprising (consider it a guessing game... name this artist): As of 1996: Sold over 50 million records worldwide. Had 25 consecutive singles reach the U.S. Top 40 (a feat no-one else has matched). In one year, five albums were on the U.S. chart at the same time (a record only two others have matched). Received three platinum records In Great Britain within a twelve month period - something no-one else, including The Beatles, ever achieved. Won an Emmy, a Tony, and a Grammy. does this point at anything specific for you?... well, the musical artist performs and has fans all over the world though as is the case with most artists, many will adore and many will dislike and many will have never heard the name... for some more clues... MORE CLUES These statistics come from from the U.S. trade journal called Radio and Records and are for the period 1974 to 1985 (in a specific genre): From 1974 to 1985, this artist had: Most top 15 hits Most top 5 hits Most Number 1 hits Top of the All-Time List any ideas?... well, you could just continue for some more clues or you could ponder a bit and try to have fun with this if you know enough about the history of music or were around during these years... you know what I said about some adoring and some disliking, well, with this artist, you might say some love and some hate... maybe that'll help you figure it out... still want MORE CLUES? well, I don't know how much these facts will help you, but they were interesting (ok, some might say amazing and maybe even unbelievable, but they were in "Rolling Stone" magazine, after all)... LAST CLUE The genre was...
