A Journal of Sorts
"take me out to the ball game" ~ Jack Norworth ~ I may be getting into Fantasy Baseball this year... just what I need, another solitary distraction focused on sitting all by myself at this computer... that should inject some new life into my social life (what social life?)... hey, I've been sick, I should stop picking on myself (I could jokingly play it off with a line like there's nobody else around to pick on me, but that's not true... there's my roommate... but to be totally serious, I don't like the put-down games most humans play to break ice and fascilitate interaction just cuz they're either too insensitive or too afraid to be honest and real with their feelings and desires and needs, if they create them - and like do you know anybody who doesn't depend on their needs?... but that's another tangent and while there's no planning in this journal and I really didn't come here with any particular place to go today, I don't think combining too may topics in a single entry {no less parentheses} is good for maintaining any sort of audience... I mean, just in case I ever get one, ya know?)... there could have been a reason I came you might have inspired me you might have been here when everything feels like a game you might have admired me you might have cared when trust is unconditional there is no fear when love is unconditional we are aware that life has a reason and rhyme to be together every possible time to build a life around sharing to build a life around caring to build a life around love so true it is all we want to do it's the best we can do and we are better than we'd ever be alone better because we are two living as one in all we do yeah, baseball... that will distract me from my insatiable hunger... sure J |
