A Journal of Sorts
"in solitude I wander through the vast enchanted forest" ~ Opeth ~ life... it's only the most amazing journey I can remember... and I'll remember it another time... for what is time if we don't pay attention to it?... just something other people think about... come with me without it... waking on a bed of dried leaves morning's moisture bathing my skin rinsing in the falls, soaking in the river this is where life can begin breathe deep, the warmth of the forest bathe in the life giving light sleep while the world grows around you rebirth to fly through the night moon and stars reach through the leaves to guide your precious flight invisible guardians of the forest nurturing through the night even alone the wonder is amazing only lonely when you are not around and yet there's life all around me the forest lives and breathes and when you know the trees you're part of everything even alone there is comfort, there is peace even alone there is release but for those who do not believe in the unexpainable (call it magic or whatever) or worse, for those who believe there is only one explanation for that which is beyond our current perception, there is only the pretense of release and infinite yearning for that which they desperately want, but have closed their minds to receive... the energy, the answers are all around... if only you believe... |
