A Journal of Sorts
"girls just wanna have fun" . o O ( boys too, ya know? ) O o . ~ Cindy Lauper ~ and for a change, I only worked 50 hours this week so I had some time off to catch up on some ramblings here and even have a day of fun J I finally wandered through Disney's Animal Kingdom (a loss of calendar skills and writing in catch-up mode has me uncertain if it was today or one of these days, but that's an aside that might confuse some so I'll not persue it further for the moment)... so how long has it (Animal Kingdom) been open? (rhetorical, of course, referencing the distance I've put between myself and the things I love to share because nobody's around to share them)... want a brief list?... so anyway, Rasputin's daughter had a school trip planned and we joined them for a few hours... there's more to do there that I still haven't done, for anybody seeking to share some firsts (remember firsts?)... I wanted the park to be a lot bigger and have many more wild animals, but for as tight-budgeted as Disney has been the past few years, it was acceptible... seeing all the characters brought back some wonder (and some bittersweet) memories... so many summer vacations... and then those wonder filled years of living down here on an extended vacation and going to the Disney parties... I've definitely had too much fun for one person in one lifetime already (not that I have any intention of stopping)... that's why I want to share so much... I mean, it's only fair to spread the fun around ya know? J but until another who understands the way of the child comes along, I'll just bounce around sharing my fun all by myself... silly people, life is for kids J peek a boo J |
