In consideration of accepting this application, the undersigned does hereby for himself/herself, his heirs, executors, administrators and assigns, waive and release Southwest Idaho Trail and Distance Riders, Inc., and all its members, officers, directors, employees, agents and assigns, and all persons, regardless of their capacity in any way connected with said corporation and any of its activities, their representatives, heirs, executors, administrators and assigns, from any and all right, claim or liability for damages, or for any and all injuries that may sustained by me, including injuries to animals, or from any and all claims of any kind or nature that I may have. Further, I do hereby acknowledge that this release will extend to any accidents, damages or claims arising out of my activities caused by my own act or by the acts of anyone or any animal within my control.
