TEAM FUNDRAISERS
Since parents of competitive swimmers, like those on your club and ours, have interest in this product, we would like you to consider offering your swimmers and their families the opportunity to buy ribbon holders and/or the personalized swimming albums as a fundraiser. Please read the information below about 2 simple options for using My Swimming Album products for a fundraiser. We have flyers and a "go-by" letter to the parents that you may use to introduce this fundraiser.
RIBBON HOLDERS FUNDRAISER
The ribbon holders are unique and every parent could use them to keep and organize their children's growing supply of ribbons. Even though we designed this insert, had it made, and we are the only one that can sell this product, we have set the prices as inexpensive as possible. This can be a very good fundraiser product. We are offering the ribbon holders for team fundraisers for $.50 each, but we would sell them to you in bulk quantities of 500 per box. With this fundraiser, your team sets the price and sells the ribbon holders.
MY SWIMMING ALBUM FUNDRAISER
We made this very simple to minimize your work. We suggest that your team distribute our flyers with your promotion letter to the parents. The parents will order and pay for the albums and/or any products directly from us. Orders can be made either on-line at this site or by cutting off the order form on the flyer. We will record the names of the swimmers who made purchases and the amount purchased. Your club will receive 15% to 20% of total sales. (Minimum of $200.00 total sales per year) t

With this fundraiser, we think it is important for you to have a sample personalized swimming album, therefore we will take 10% off any album you choose.

Please contact us so we can provide you with additional information and discuss how you would want to initiate the fundraiser.
