Lockwood of the city of New York, Mary Wagner and Jacob Wagner, Sr. Husband, of Williamsburgh, Hester Ann Field of Martagon, Elizabeth Birdsall of Cortlandt Town, Sarah Lockwood of the same place, the following children of Abraham Lockwood, deceased said, Stephen Lockwood, Zabud F. Lockwood, Charlotte F. Hays, wife of Abraham Hayes, Amanda Jane Hays wife of Jacob Hayes and Rachel Gardner wife of Cornelius Gardner, Anna Elizabeth Lockwood, Lavinia Lockwood, and Ada Lockwood, Jane Adeline Ogden William H. Ogden and Jane Ogden, children of William Ogden, deceased, and Alida Munsterman, John Albert Munsterman, and George Munsterman \\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\ \\\\\\\\\\\\\\ the three children of Jane, late wife of John Munsterman, deceased, parties of the first part and Elijah Lockwood of Cortlandt Town in same County of the second part 88 Witnesith that the said parties of the first part for and in consideration of the same of One Hundred and Eighty Dollars of lawful money of the United States of America to them in hand paid by the said party of the second and paid at or before the Executing and deliv ery of thus presents the receipt whereof is here by acknowledged have granted and sold and releases and quit claimed and by these presents do grant, sell, remiss, release, and quit claim unto the same party of the second part and to is heirs and assigns forever All that cer- tain lot, piece, or parcel of land situated and being in the Town of Yorktown being the lot or parcel of land and premises which of John Lockwood the ancestor of the parties to these presents into did seized and possessed and is bounded on the Northerly side by the road on the Easterly side by land now owned by John A. Lock- wood Containing Two Acres more or less Together with all and singular the tenements hereditaments thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining and the reccession, rents and reassigns remainder and remainder rents issues and profits thereof And also all the estate rights, title interest, dower property, possession or liens and demand whatsoever as well in law as in equity of the same parties of the first part of in or to the above described premises and way part and par cel which with the appurtenances To have and to hold all and singular the above mentioned and described premises together with the appurtenances unto the said party of the second his heirs and assigns forever.
