New York State Thruway Authority, Seneca County, NY

  • Bridge jacking procedures for two bridges, each consisting of four-spans (totaling 229 ft in length) on Stone Church and Whiskey Hill Roads. The purpose of the jacking was for bearing and pedestal replacement, as well as installation of moment splices at the piers in order to make the spans continuous.

Bridge Over Erie Canal, Lockport, NY

  • On-site investigation and the determination of load-carrying capacity for a 140 ft span steel bridge.

Chemung Regional Wastewater Treatment Facility, Chemung County, NY

  • Value Engineering Study.

New York State Department of Transportation, LaSalle Interchange

  • Design of a reinforced concrete box culvert to be used as a pedestrian tunnel under the I-90 ramps.

  • Design of a reinforced concrete retaining wall.

  • Montreal Stadium, Montreal, Quebec, Canada, Design of cable weldments for replacement roof.

  • Tampa Bay Baseball Stadium, Tampa, FL, Wind tunnel testing and design of an air-supported roof structure.

  • Atrium Court, Newport Beach, CA, Design and construction of 12 modular crossed-arch units for a renovated retail space.

  • Midway Mall, Sherman, TX, Design and construction of three cone structures for new retail space.

  • Red Bird Athletic Arena, Illinois State University, Analysis of tensioned fabric roof structure for loads during construction.

Thornwood Estates Subdivision, Town of Wheatfield, NY

  • Design bridge to cross Bergholtz Creek utilizing 5 box culverts 10 ft wide x 7 ft high, for a total span of 58 feet.

First Presbyterian Church of Tuscorara, Mount Morris, NY

  • Structural investigation and report regarding the roof, steeple and bell tower of an 1870's church. Of primary concern was the fact that the roof trusses had shifted and that the steeple was leaning.

Langden Properties, 1165 Delaware Avenue, Buffalo, NY

  • Structural investigation into the cause of the deterioration of the precast concrete and brick parapet of a late 1920's apartment building.

Boston Fire Hall, Boston, NY

  • Structural design of the modifications necessary to reinforce the existing wood scissor-trusses for the 40 ft x 100 ft hall.

Potter Real Estate, West Seneca, NY

  • Site drainage study and grading plan for a one-half acre site to be used for a new building addition and a new parking lot.

City of Lackawanna, Lackawanna, NY

  • Structural study of a three-story, 63 ft X 140 ft steel-framed building (originally constructed in 1968) to support new exterior wall panels.

New York State Department of Transportation, Niagara Falls, NY

  • Bridge erection procedure for a new 189 ft, three-span bridge with 10 girders, located on Route 62, Niagara Falls.

  • Bridge jacking procedure for five (5) bridges on the Robert Moses Parkway, in order to facilitate bearing and/or pedestal replacement for:

  • Two bridges each consisting of a single-span, 115 ft in length

  • Two bridges each consisting of a single-span, 127 ft in length

  • One bridge consisting of a single-span, 234 ft in length.

Trinity Episcopal Church, Buffalo, NY

  • Investigation, analysis, and design of a turn-of-the-century church, constructed of stone and wood, for the installation of a new three stop elevator.
