Dormitory Authority of the State of New York, Dunkirk, NY

  • Structural engineering for 7,000 sq. ft. facility to be used as a community residence. Construction consists of wood and steel framing.

  • Civil engineering of storm water drainage for the site.

Queens Children’s Psychiatric Center, Community Service Building,  Bellerose, NY

  • Structural engineering and drawing preparation for an approximately 43,750 sq ft, two story facility to accommodate three Day Treatment Programs, Intensive Day Treatment, an Outpatient Clinic, and the Intensive Case Management Program. . Facility consists of steel framing, and masonry.

  • Structural engineering for a 3,200 sq ft addition to existing facility to house mechanical equipment. Construction consists of masonry, concrete, and steel.

  • Structural engineering for a 32’ x 21’ chiller equipment platform to be constructed on the roof of the above mechanical facility addition.

  • Civil engineering of storm water drainage for the mechanical facility addition.

Heritage Charter School, Brooklyn, NY

  • Structural engineering for renovation of an approximately 110-year-old school facility for use as a charter school. Project consists of load bearing masonry, brick, and wood joists.

  • Structural investigation to determine structural integrity of facility.

Sahlen's Sports Park, Elma, NY

  • Structural engineering and drawing preparation of foundation system for pre-engineered steel building to be used as a storage facility.

Heritage Charter School, Rochester, NY

  • Structural engineering for renovation of an existing banquet facility for a school with a gym addition. Project consists of load-bearing masonry and steel joists.

Heritage Charter School, Manhatten Street, Buffalo, NY

  • Structural engineering for renovation of an existing bowling center for a school. Project consists of demolition of entire facility except the exterior masonry walls.

  • Structural engineering and drawing preparation for the creation of a second floor of approximately 18, 500 sq ft in the former alley area of the facility. Project consists of load-bearing masonry and steel joists.

  • Structural engineering and drawing preparation of a two-story addition of approximately 5,000 sq ft per floor.

Queens Children’s Psychiatric Center, Bellerose, NY

  • Civil engineering and site design for the renovation of a 1 acre recreation area, including the design of storm sewers and site grading.

  • Structural engineering of recreation features, including pavilions, storage building, hand ball wall, and stage canopy.

Dormitory Authority of the State of New York, Depew, NY

  • Structural design of modifications to an existing one-story commercial building to be re-used as a Day Habilitation center. The modifications consist of removing an existing column, lintels for new openings in masonry walls, and two new canopies framed with structural steel. Civil engineering and site design including the design of storm sewers, site grading, and paving.

Huntington Administration Building, SUC of Technology at Alfred, NY

  • Structural engineering for an 8,500 sq ft addition and renovation to a 13,700 sq ft office building to convert a two-story building to three stories.

Engineering Building, SUC of Technology at Alfred, NY

  • Structural engineering for 1,000 sq. ft. penthouse addition to existing facility.

  • Structural engineering for renovation/addition of a concrete ramp to be constructed on the fourth floor.

  • Structural engineering for a 12’ x 4’ steel framed canopy.

Genesee Council on Alcohol and Substance Abuse, Batavia, NY

  • Structural engineering and drawing preparation for renovation of existing wood structure to be used as a rehab facility. Construction includes modifications/reinforcements to floors, roof, and foundation systems

  • Structural engineering and drawing preparation for an addition to the above mentioned facility. Construction consists of wood framing.

Johnson Hall, SUNY at Oswego, NY

  • Renovation and expansion of existing three-story load bearing masonry dormitory and lounge of 50,000 sq ft in to a four-story dormitory with a new lounge, apartments, and classroom facilities of 73,000 sq ft.

Amherst Senior Citizens Center, Amherst, NY

  • Civil engineering for this 7 acre site including storm and sanitary sewer design, and site utilities layout. Prepared drawings and specifications.

Lewiston Public Library, Lewiston, NY

  • Structural design for original architectural concept which was a one-story 7,700 sq ft. addition. The structure for this concept consisted of composite masonry walls with a roof comprised of steel beams and trusses supporting wood joists. Structural design for revised architectural concept, which consists of a one-story 3,200 sq-ft addition. This construction consists of wood roof trusses supported by steel beams and masonry load bearing walls.

Bethune Hall, SUNY at Buffalo, NY

  • Structural investigation for the reuse of an existing four-story cast-in-place concrete building with a total of 80,000 sq ft. Originally the building was designed as an industrial building with the proposed use to be book storage.

Springville-Griffith Institute Central School District, Springville, NY

  • Structural engineering and drawing preparation for a 17,200 sq ft single story addition for a new multipurpose room, library/media center addition, and nine classrooms plus a 5000 sq ft basement.

Springville-Griffith Institute Central School District, Colden, NY

  • Structural engineering and drawing preparation for a 17,800 sq ft single story addition for a new gymnasium, locker rooms, library/media center, four classrooms, and 2,800 sq ft second story mechanical room.

Buffalo Psychiatric Center, Buffalo, NY

  • Structural investigation of a 6 story hospital building, constructed in the mid 1940’s, and an 8 story hospital building, constructed in the early 1960’s, for new uses.

Canisius College, Buffalo, NY

  • Structural engineering for three, brick veneer, student apartment buildings containing 52 units as well as a 4,500 sq ft community center. The one and three stories buildings consisted of a combination of braced and moment resisting frames to accommodate architectural features.

Diefendorf Hall, SUNY at Buffalo, NY

  • Schematic design for the installation of a new five stop elevator into the existing 4 story classroom building.

  • Structural engineering and drawing preparation for modifications to the steel framed building for the new elevator hoistway.

Canisius College, Buffalo, NY

  • Structural engineering and drawing preparation for renovations to Bosch and Frisch Halls. Modifications included supporting new roof top HVAC units, new floor slabs to fill an elevator shaft, and new floor openings for ductwork.

Boy's and Girl's Club of East Aurora, East Aurora, NY

  • Structural design of a 8,200 sq ft, two-story addition and a 1,600 sq ft basement. The construction consisted of load-bearing masonry walls, precast concrete hollow core plank floors, and open web steel joist roof system.

Patterson Library, Westfield, NY

  • Structural design of a multi-level entrance addition in order to provide handicapped access to this turn-of-the-century building. Project also included the design of an elevator to connect the three levels, and a lift to provide access from the new entrance level to the first floor.

School 23, Buffalo, NY

  • Structural investigation of a 70,000 square foot, 3 story, school constructed in 1896, of masonry and wood, and the 1928 addition, constructed of steel and concrete for adaptive reuse and necessary repairs.

Keshequa Central School District, Nunda and Dalton, NY

  • Structural investigation of the roof system to carry increased loading from proposed ballasted roofing.

  • Structural design and drawing preparation for a new two stop hydraulic elevator to be installed in an existing cast-in-place concrete building.

  • Structural design and drawing preparation for a new 9 ft by 24 ft control room to be constructed using cold formed products and concrete slab-on-deck.

  • Structural design and drawing preparation for a new 28 ft by 44 ft raised roof to accommodate a new bus lift.

Springville-Griffith Institute Central School District, Springville, NY

  • Structural engineering and drawing preparation for a two-story library media center and four science labs with provisions for a future third floor to the High School.

Goodyear Hall, SUNY at Buffalo, NY

  • Feasability study for renovation of a ten-story building built in the1960’s with cast-in-place concrete floors and columns from a dormitory layout to flat and townhouse style apartments.

Buffalo Psychiatric Center, Buffalo, NY

  • Structural engineering and drawing preparation of the roof, foundation, and lateral load systems for a steel-framed and masonry  building of approximately 10,000 sq ft.
