Parking structure, Buffalo, NY

  • Structural investigation and drawing preparation for three level parking garage to asses repairs that should be addressed in the near future.

Country Inns and Suites, Henrietta, NY

  • Structural design of a 47,000 sq ft. two-story wood framed motel with a pool enclosure and entrance canopy. Design requirements included checking magnitude of lateral forces from an earthquake per BOCA. Lateral stability provided by wood shear walls.

Lockport Savings Bank, Hamburg, NY

  • Structural engineering for a 5,000 sq ft bank that included a UL Class 2 vault, three remote teller lanes, an automatic teller lane, and a 42 foot square lobby/teller area that is vaulted and column free. The construction utilized a minimum of steel framing, steel web wood joists, and conventional wood framing supported on a spread foundation.

Lehigh Construction Group, Orchard Park, NY

  • Structural engineering and drawing preparation for a 6,800 sq ft office and 5,700 sq ft warehouse building utilizing steel bar joists and load bearing masonry.

Marine Midland Arena, Buffalo, NY

  • Structural engineering for a fall protection system consisting of seven cable layouts with over 2,800 lineal feet of cable.

Orchard Park Orthopedics, Orchard Park, NY

  • Structural design of a 14 ft x 52 ft addition to an existing medical facility. Design included three options for the roof framing to accommodate scheduling, masonry walls, and foundation.

Fallside Resort, Niagara Falls, NY

  • Structural analysis and design of cold-formed steel trusses for a new 20 ft x 52 ft entrance canopy.

Langden Properties, 1165 Delaware Avenue, Buffalo, NY

  • Structural investigation into the cause of the deterioration of the precast concrete and brick parapet of a late 1920's apartment building.

Horschel Reality, Springville, NY

  • Structural engineering for a 24,000 sq ft machine shop with provisions for a future addition and a 6,800 sq ft office. The building is constructed of load bearing masonry walls and steel roof joists supported on shallow footings.

  • Structural engineering and drawing preparation for a 6,000 sq ft facility with provisions for a future addition and a 2,400 sq ft office. The building is constructed of load bearing masonry walls and steel roof joists supported on shallow footings.

BJ’s Wholesale Plaza Allegheny, NY

  • Structural engineering and drawing preparation for a 250,000 gallon cast-in-place concrete underground water storage reservoir designed to support HS-20 truck traffic above.
